Bridges Materials

One of the activities that students regularly engage in is called Work Places. Work Places are engaging, developmentally appropriate math games and activities that offer ongoing practice with key skills. Many Work Places are partner games or more open-ended partner work, while others are independent activities. Each Work Place is introduced and practiced as a whole class. Then students have opportunities to revisit the game or activity over a period of several weeks.
